NOVELTY - Preparing ice-cooling cloth containing zinc jade fiber comprises (1) taking 20-30 pts. wt. graphene material, 30-40 pts. wt. polystyrene, 15-20 pts. wt. lignin, 180-200 pts. wt. organic solvent, 10-15 pts. wt. jade powder, 10-12 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, and 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant, (2) dissolving graphene material, polystyrene, and lignin in an organic solvent, (3) adding jade powder and nano zinc oxide into the mixed solution, stirring at room temperature for 60-80 minutes, and then adding dispersant for ultrasonic dispersion for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed dispersion, (4) blending and melting the mixed dispersion and spinning melt to obtain a spinning solution, and processing the spinning solution by electrospinning to obtain the zinc jade fiber, and (5) blending zinc jade fiber and cotton fiber in proportion to obtain ice-cooling cloth containing zinc jade fiber. USE - The ice-cooling cloth is useful in preparing textiles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can improve the spinnability of lignin and the mechanical properties of fibers; utilizes polystyrene which has excellent biocompatibility and can be blended with lignin and graphene to form nanofibrous structures; and the nano-zinc oxide and the jade powder are adsorbed and embedded on the surface of the nano-fiber structure, which can not only improve the feeling of coolness, but also enhance the strength of the fiber and improve the service life of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ice-cooling cloth containing zinc jade fiber comprises (1) taking 20-30 pts. wt. graphene material, 30-40 pts. wt. polystyrene, 15-20 pts. wt. lignin, 180-200 pts. wt. organic solvent, 10-15 pts. wt. jade powder, 10-12 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, and 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant, (2) dissolving graphene material, polystyrene, and lignin in an organic solvent, and screw extruding to obtain a mixed solution, (3) adding jade powder and nano zinc oxide into the mixed solution, stirring at room temperature for 60-80 minutes, and then adding dispersant for ultrasonic dispersion for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed dispersion, (4) blending and melting the mixed dispersion and spinning melt to obtain a spinning solution, and processing the spinning solution by electrospinning to obtain the zinc jade fiber, and (5) blending zinc jade fiber and cotton fiber in proportion to obtain ice-cooling cloth containing zinc jade fiber, where the content of the zinc jade fiber in the ice-cooling cloth containing zinc jade fiber is 40-50%, and the content of the cotton fiber is 50-60%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for ice-cooling cloth containing zinc jade fiber prepared by the above preparation method.
