NOVELTY - Saggar based on cordierite comprises a main body and a coating on the surface of the main body. The main body comprises 15-30 wt.% graphene oxide into deionized water, dropping 15-15% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution until the pH value is 10-12, then adding boric acid, stirring at uniform speed for 5 minutes, adding ethylene diamine, continuously stirring for 5 min to obtain the mixed solution, transferring to the reaction kettle, raising the temperature to 100-100?? C, preserving temperature and reacting for 6 hours, after reacting, placing in ethanol aqueous solution with volume fraction of 15% to dialyze for 12 hours to obtain hydrogel. The zirconium acetate is added into absolute ethanol, heating at 45-65?? C in a water bath, slowly dripping acetylacetone, maintaining temperature, reacting for 1 hour, then slowly dropping triethylamine, keeping the temperature for 4 hours USE - The saggar is used as container for containing raw material in high-temperature roasting process and in electronic device, electric vehicle, military and space. ADVANTAGE - The saggar: has excellent high temperature resistance and anti-corrosion performance, and does not introduce impurities, influence the saggar main body, and has excellent oxidation resistance, ultra-high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
