NOVELTY - High anti-wet and anti-static low fatigue tire tread rubber material comprises 90-110 pts. wt. polystyrene rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 0-50 pts. wt. epoxidized natural rubber, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 50-80 pts. wt. silica, 4-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. carbon black, 0-6 pts. wt. environmental protection rubber oil, 4-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-8 pts. wt. accelerator, and 1-2 pts. wt. sulfur. USE - High anti-wet and anti-static low fatigue tire tread rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The rubber material effectively improves moisture resistance, antistatic property, thermal conductivity, abrasion resistance, rolling resistance, and fatigue temperature rise of ire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high anti-wet and anti-static low fatigue tire tread rubber material comprising adjusting roll temperature of roll machine to room temperature and roll ratio to 1:1.3-1.6, placing styrene-butadiene rubber, oxidized natural rubber and graphene, mixing uniformly at 20-50 revolutions/minute (rpm) with 0.5-1 MPa pressure for 30-80 seconds, adding zinc oxide, stearic acid and antioxidant, mixing further for 30-80 seconds, adding silica and silane coupling agent, mixing for 60-200 seconds, adding carbon black, mixing further for 60-100 seconds, adding environmental rubber, mixing for 60-240 seconds, heating mixture to 120-140 degrees C, mixing at 30-50 rpm for 100-900 seconds, cooling to room temperature when mixture temperature reaches 130-170 degrees C, adjusting roller ratio of roll machine to 1:1.3-1.6, rolling into thin sheet 3-8 times, adding accelerator and sulfur, and rolling for 6-8 times to obtain product.
