NOVELTY - Rubber composition comprises 100-120 pts. wt. mixture of diene synthetic rubber and natural rubber, 40-50 pts. wt. carbon black, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. zinc isodecanoate, 6-8 pts. wt. 203 resin, 6-10 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, and 4-8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, where the carbon black is a mixture of medium ultra-high wear-resistant carbon black N231 and N582, the vulcanizing agent is mixture of zinc oxide and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and the anti-aging agent is a mixture of N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine and 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer. USE - The rubber composition is used for track (claimed), comprising tank, agricultural tractor, combine harvester, spreader, engineering excavator and main walking device of mechanical equipment such as earthwork machines. ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition improves durability, wear resistance, and tear resistance of rubber materials, and has high performance composite rubber material for track, excellent oil resistance and heat resistance, moderate cost and processability, better physical mechanical performance, better abrasion resistance and tear resistance, and high temperature resistance and fatigue aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the composition involving (S1) preparing a mixture of diene synthetic rubber and natural rubber, cutting the mixture to wedge-shaped blocks, and drying, pulverizing other components of the composition, drying, sieving, and weighing, (S2) setting the speed ratio of front and rear rollers of the open mill as 1:1.5, adjusting the roll spacing of the open mill to 0.9 mm, adding a mixture of diene synthetic rubber and natural rubber for plasticization, and packaging for 3 times, (S3) adding and mixing a mixture of diene synthetic rubber and natural rubber, and (S4) adding the rubber compound to an open mill, adding other components for final milling, and packaging for multiple times after powder feeding is finished to uniformly disperse the components, removing the rubber and leaving still for 5 hours.
