NOVELTY - Flexible high elastic electrostatic ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material comprises 25-50 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 15-35 pts. wt. polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, 15-25 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. polyolefin block copolymer, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-8 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, 4-6 pts. wt. filling agent, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. active agent, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. foaming agent and 2.1-4.3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer has vinyl acetate content of 26-40% by mass and the material is prepared by mixing, granulating and foaming. USE - Used as flexible high elastic electrostatic ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent resilience, excellent abrasion resistance and good electrostatic discharge performance. The method is simple and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible high elastic electrostatic ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foaming material, comprising (i) taking all the raw materials; (ii) dispersing and mixing the graphene oxide and the polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer; (iii) mixing the mixed material in step (ii) with the components other than the cross-linking agent and the foaming agent; (iv) mixing the material kneaded in step (iii) with the cross-linking agent and foaming agent; and (v) granulating the mixture obtained in the step (iv) sequentially and foaming to obtain ethylene-vinyl acetate composite foamed material.
