NOVELTY - Producing aluminum alloy composite armor material involves weighing graphene and -200+ 400 mesh aluminum alloy powder. The graphene is ultrasonically dispersed in alcohol solution for 0.5-1.0 hours to obtain graphene/alcohol mixed solution. The aluminum alloy powder is added to graphene/alcohol mixed solution and mixed at speed of 100-500 revolutions per minute at 40-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain semi-solid paste graphene/aluminum alloy mixed powder. The semi-solid paste graphene/aluminum alloy mixed powder is dried at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and subjected to rolling to obtain final product. USE - Method for producing aluminum alloy composite armor material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce aluminum alloy composite armor material, which has simple, adjustable and controllable preparation process, low cost, and is suitable for industrial production, and has good market prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing aluminum alloy composite armor material involves weighing graphene and -200+ 400 mesh aluminum alloy powder. The graphene is ultrasonically dispersed in alcohol solution for 0.5-1.0 hours to obtain graphene/alcohol mixed solution.
