NOVELTY - The device has a solution tank (1) whose inner part is fixed with separating plates. The separating plate divides the solution tank into different areas. A top part of the solution tank is equipped with a reaction tank (3). A bottom end of the reaction tank is provided with liquid through grooves (4). A position of the liquid through groove is equipped with an electromagnetic valve. A position of the liquid through groove corresponds to an area of the separating plate. A drainage component is provided between the solution tank and the reaction tank for draining solution in the solution tank into the reaction tank. An inner part of the reaction tank is equipped with an ultrasonic generator (14). A surface of the reaction tank is equipped with a generating power supply (15). USE - Device for producing a graphene-based copper-based nano copper film on a circuit board of an electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The different solution is transported to the interior of the reaction tank, so that the process is finished by the electromagnetic valve and the drainage assembly, without need to carry the position of the metal substrate, thus reducing the labor force and the material cost.
