▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves utilizing an asphalt toughness tester to test viscosity toughness of 70-hash matrix asphalt and graphene modified asphalt. The 70-hash matrix asphalt and graphene modified asphalt are prepared into a charcoal impact test standard sample. Single-side notch beam bending test process is performed. The 70-hash matrix asphalt and graphene modified asphalt are placed at an oven for 30 min at temperature of about 163 degrees Celsius. X-ray diffraction testing process is performed to 70-hash matrix asphalt and graphene modified asphalt. Impact absorption power and fracture toughness index of 70-hash matrix asphalt and graphene modified asphalt are compared and analyzed. Fourier infrared spectrum test process and X-ray diffraction test process are performed to analyze graphene to asphalt chemical bond or functional group change, and micro-phase structure influence to claim a mechanism for improving graphene to asphalt toughness. USE - Method for researching a graphene-to-asphalt toughness lifting mechanism of asphalt material for use during asphalt pavement of a motorway. ADVANTAGE - The method enables combining comprehensive two-phase interface and energy change of fracture and change of micro-topography to evaluate mechanism for improving graphene modified asphalt viscosity toughness in effective manner, and solving a problem that graphene modified asphalt toughening mechanism research process depends on qualitative judgment.
