▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A self-assembled graphene polyimide/transparent conductive film is prepared by adding graphite oxide with N, N-dimethyl acetamide or N-methyl pyrrolidone to obtain a mixture, which is dispersed ultrasonically to obtain dispersed solution. The dispersed solution is added with a reducing agent to obtain graphene organic solution. The graphene organic solution is stirred with polyamic acid solution to obtain mixed solution, where the polyamic acid solution is prepared by stirring dianhydride monomer and diamine monomer with N, N-dimethyl acetamide mechanically in an inert atmosphere. USE - Self-assembled graphene polyimide/transparent conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The self-assembled graphene polyimide/transparent conductive film has better surface resistance and light transmittance in visible light wave band and near infrared wave band. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A self-assembled graphene polyimide/transparent conductive film is prepared by adding 0.05-0.1 g of graphite oxide with purity of more than 99.9% with 100 ml of N, N-dimethyl acetamide or N-methyl pyrrolidone to obtain mixture. The mixture is dispersed ultrasonically for 60 minute to obtain dispersed solution. The dispersed solution is added with a reducing agent to carry out reduction reaction at 120-130 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain graphene organic solution. The graphene organic solution is stirred with polyamic acid solution at a mass ratio (0.1-1):10 at 300-1000 rpm/minute under an inert atmosphere for 30 minute to obtain mixed solution, where the polyamic acid solution is prepared by stirring dianhydride monomer (0.02 mol) and diamine monomer (0.02 mol) with N, N-dimethyl acetamide (100 ml) mechanically in inert atmosphere for 5 hours. The mixed solution is coated on a clean dry glass plate. The coated plate is maintained under nitrogen atmosphere at 50-70 degrees C and 101 kPa until solvent is completely volatilized. The resultant plate is cured at 300 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain a finished product.
