NOVELTY - Method for large-scale preparation of graphene, comprises adding concentrated acid and oxidant into the graphite, and obtaining the mixed solution A by stirring and reacting, adding deionized water into the mixed solution A to obtain a mixed solution B, cooling the mixed solution B, adding hydrogen peroxide for removing the unreacted oxidant to obtain an intercalated graphite solution SG, where adding deionized water process and insulation process maintain reaction solution temperature no more than 100degrees Celsius, and the whole hydrolysis reaction is carried out under stirring, filtering the intercalated graphite solution SG to obtain filter cake G, acid washing filter cake G using diluting hydrochloric acid to obtain pickling filter cake XG, and drying the acid washed filter cake XG, crushing the dried filter cake XG sample, and expanding the crushed product at high temperature. USE - Method for large-scale preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale preparation of graphene with high yield and stability, and reduced energy consumption and cost. The graphene has excellent surface area and surface area uniformity, and is prepared by simple and economical process.
