▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A fluorocomposition comprises a fluoromaterial (m1) having melting point of at least 260 degrees C and 10-200 reactive functional groups for every 1000000 main chain carbon atoms, and a fluoromaterial (m2) having melting point of at least 260 degrees C and at least 700 reactive functional groups for every 1000000 main chain carbon atoms, and has yellow index (YI) of less than 60 as measured in accordance with ASTM-E513-96 with a film sample having a thickness of 0.2 plus minus 0.02 mm prepared by pressure molding with a mold temperature 340 degrees C, a mold time of 10 minutes, and a pressure of 10 MPa. The reactive functional groups of materials (m1) and (m2) are chosen from anhydride group, carbonyl group, hydroxyl group, epoxy group, and isocyanate group. The content ratio of material (m1) to material (2) is 99/1-20/80. USE - Fluorocomposition used for forming film for forming coated article (all claimed) e.g. substrate such as positive temperature coefficient ceramic material. ADVANTAGE - The fluoropolymer-free fluorocomposition has excellent abrasion resistance, melt moldability, stress cracking resistance, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a coated article, which comprises a substrate with a film formed using the fluorocomposition; and (2) manufacture of the fluorocomposition, which involves providing the materials (m1) and (m2), and mixing the materials (m1) and (m2).
