▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Early-strength graphene-polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent-reinforced cement-based composite material, comprises 90-100 pts. wt. cement, 5-10 pts. wt. ultra-fine powder fly ash, 270-300 pts. wt. quartz sand, 40-50 pts. wt. water, 0.01-0.1 wt.% defoamer, and 0.01-0.3 wt.% graphene oxide-polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. USE - Used as early-strength graphene-polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent-reinforced cement-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The cement-based composite material has improved compressive and flexural strength, releases no harmful substances, and is safe and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing early-strength graphene-polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent-reinforced cement-based composite material, comprising adding cement and fly ash ultrafine powder into a mixing pot and mixing; adding graphene-polycarboxylic acid water reducer and defoamer proportionally ino the water and oscillating ultrasonically; slowly mixing the ultrasonic solution, add into the cement and fly ash superfine powder and mixing slowly for 90 seconds, slowly pouring into the quartz sand and stirring for 60 seconds, and quickly stirring for 120 seconds, adding the mixed slurry into the mold for 24 hours, releasing it from the mold, and then adding in the curing box for curing.
