NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly high-hardness aqueous graphene impregnated coating comprises 50-60 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 15-30 pts. wt. graphene aqueous slurry, 5-30 pts. wt. deionized water, 10-15 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 1-5 pts. wt. additive, 1-5 pts. wt. inorganic nano filler, and 1-10 pts. wt. modified composite filler. USE - Used as environmentally friendly high-hardness aqueous graphene impregnated coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high hardness, prevents occurrence of agglomeration phenomenon graphene is compounded with the aqueous resin, enhances compatibility with the resin and inorganic filler, and improves practicability of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing environmentally friendly high-hardness aqueous graphene impregnated coating comprising adding aqueous resin and water into the mixer in a certain proportion, adjusting rotating speed to 800-1000 revolutions/minute, and stirring into an emulsion, adding aqueous graphene slurry, adjusting rotating speed to 1000-1200 revolutions/minute, stirring for 20 minutes, adding inorganic filler, inorganic nano filler and modified composite filler, adding dispersant, wetting agent, defoamer and anti-sedimentation agent sequentially while stirring at speed for 30 minutes, evenly dispersing slurry, adding water to make the final viscosity of the slurry reach 20-30 s to obtain finished product.
