NOVELTY - The component (100) has a resin matrix (30) and a fibrous filler (10) dispersed in the resin matrix. A surface of the anti-icing component has multiple convex portions (150), and a surface resistance of the anti-icing component is 101 ohm/square and 103 ohm/square or less. Multiple fibrous fillers are arranged on surfaces of multiple convex portions. The convex portion has a preset sliding angle to a water droplet of 5 μ m, and the surface of the anti-icing component has a contact angle of 60 degree or more and 160 degree or less. The fibrous filler is selected from a carbon nanotube, a cellulose nanofiber and a graphene, and the resin matrix is selected from a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin. USE - Anti-icing component used for aircraft and high-rise building. Can also be used as water repellent material for snow-melting material or ice-melting material. ADVANTAGE - The anti-icing component has excellent water repellency, snow melting effect and ice melting effect.
