NOVELTY - Corrosion resistant aqueous paint comprises graphene, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyamide, magnesium phosphate, sorbitan fatty acid, polysorbate, sodium hexametaphosphate, silicone emulsion, epoxy silane-modified silica sol, cross-linked polyethylene, butyl benzoate, sodium phosphate, melamine, n-dodecyl mercaptan, pentaerythritol, aluminum silicate fiber, silica, p-chloroperbenzoic acid, phthalonitrile, 5-chloro-2-toluene-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and dodecanol ester. USE - Corrosion resistant aqueous paint for buildings. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistant aqueous paint is durable, high temperature resistant, non-toxic, crack resistant and eco-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Corrosion resistant aqueous paint comprises graphene, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyamide, magnesium phosphate, sorbitan fatty acid, polysorbate, sodium hexametaphosphate, silicone emulsion, epoxy silane-modified silica sol, cross-linked polyethylene, butyl benzoate, sodium phosphate, melamine, n-dodecyl mercaptan, pentaerythritol, aluminum silicate fiber, silica, p-chloroperbenzoic acid, phthalonitrile, 5-chloro-2-toluene-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, dodecanol ester, aqueous polyurethane resin, acrylate, tung oil, titanium dioxide, silicon carbide, polyvinyl alcohol, light calcium carbonate, talc, glass fiber, fluorine resin, modified aqueous epoxy resin, acrylic emulsion, silicone de-foaming agent, and deionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing corrosion resistant aqueous paint, which involves: (A) mixing polyamide, silicone emulsion, phthalonitrile, 5-chloro-2-toluene-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-octyl-4-isothiazolin 3-one, epoxy silane modified silica sol, aqueous polyurethane resin, butyl benzoate, melamine, acrylate, tung oil and modified aqueous epoxy resin and acrylate emulsion with deionized water in mixer for 30 minutes; (B) heating mixture to 120?OC and stirring at a speed of 1500-2000 revolutions per minute; (C) adding sorbitan fatty acid, polysorbate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, dodecanol ester and silicone de-foaming agent; (D) controlling temperature of mixture at 80 degrees C and stirring at a speed of 1500-2000 revolutions per minute; (E) adding graphene, magnesium phosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, aluminum silicate fiber, sodium silicate, silica, titanium dioxide, silicon carbide, polyvinyl alcohol, light calcium carbonate, talc and glass fiber to mixed solution; (F) mixing for 50 minutes at a speed of 2000-2200 revolutions per minute; (G) adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cross-linked polyethylene, n-dodecyl mercaptan, pentaerythritol and polyvinyl alcohol to mixture; (H) heating to 140 degrees C and mixing for 30 minutes at a speed of 1500-2000 revolutions per minute; (I) milling mixture in high-speed mill to fineness less than or equal to 50 mu m; (J) adding pH adjusting agent to adjust the pH value of mixture at 7-8; (K) ultrasonically mixing mixture for 20 minutes at frequency of 45 kiloHertz and power of 10 Watt/centimeter square; (L) sieving mixture and adding the remaining deionized water to obtain paint; and (M) controlling the viscosity of paint at 80-90 Krebs unit.
