NOVELTY - Use of bioactive ligand functionalized graphene film is claimed for cryo-electron microscopy three-dimensional reconstruction, where bioactive ligand functionalized graphene film is formed by connecting a bioactive ligand to the graphene film, and the bioactive ligand is a nickel (Ni)-nitrilotriacetic acid ligand. USE - Bioactive ligand functionalized graphene film is used for cryo-electron microscopy three-dimensional reconstruction. ADVANTAGE - The bioactive ligand functionalized graphene film can directly locate or capture target biomolecules in cell lysates in future optimization, and it is expected that biomolecule purification and cryo-electron microscopy sample preparation can be combined in one step.
