▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A sulfonated graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound/polymer hybrid proton exchange membrane, comprises intrinsic sub-exchange film having two-dimensional sheet-shaped sulfonated graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound, where because the polymer matrix has strong interaction force, the compound in the prepared hybrid proton exchange membrane matrix has excellent dispersibility. USE - As a sulfonated graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound/polymer hybrid proton exchange film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sulfonated graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound/polymer hybrid proton exchange film has very excellent selectivity; greatly reduced methanol permeability; and is greatly improved, especially at high temperature and/or low humidity environment with multiple proton conductivity. The method has simple operation process, mild preparation condition, low production cost; and provides easy mass production and mass production; and has good industrial production base and wide application prospect. Because the polymer matrix has strong interaction force, the compound in the prepared hybrid proton exchange membrane matrix has excellent dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the sulfonated graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound/polymer hybrid proton exchange film, involving (i) adding graphene oxide (GOS) and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) according to mass ratio of 2:1 into 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane (APTS) in ultrasonic condition to obtain uniform dispersion, stirring and centrifuging, washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, and then drying in a vacuum oven to obtain the product: APTS modified GOS, which is marked as APTS-GO; (ii) dispersing APTS-GO, under the condition of stirring, into formic acid, water and absolute ethyl alcohol according to a volume ratio of 1:15:110 to obtain a mixed solvent of 3-97 wt./vol.% uniform dispersion, centrifuging and washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, drying in a vacuum oven to obtain the product:a graphene oxide-silicon dioxide composite, marked as the GO-SiO2; (iii) then, by ultrasonic to obtain 1.43 wt./vol.% GO-SiO2/toluene uniform dispersion, then, in a condensing reflux, dropwise adding gamma -methyl propylene acyloxy propyl trimethoxy silane, then soaking in 15-30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide for 6-96 hours, and finally by repeating centrifugation, washing with absolute ethyl alcohol and drying in a vacuum oven to obtain the product:sulfonated graphene oxide-silica composite, which is marked as S-GO-SiO2; and (iv) adding the polymer solution into the required amount of S-GO-SiO2 and ultrasonic to disperse evenly to obtain the membrane casting solution, keeping the membrane casting solution coating film at 70 degrees C in an oven, slowly heating to 120 degrees C and then vacuum holding for 12-36 hours; finally, soaking the hybrid film in hydrogen peroxide solution and acid, to obtain the sulfonated graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound/polymer hybrid proton exchange membrane.
