▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Oxaldehyde liquid phase air oxidation catalyst comprises gold, palladium, polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride, polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride, and graphene oxide as carrier where polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride molecular chain is adsorbed to surface with negatively charged graphene oxide. The gold and palladium precursors are assembled into polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride so metal gold and palladium is highly dispersed on graphene oxide surface and recovered by ethylene glycol. USE - Oxaldehyde liquid phase air oxidation catalyst used for synthesizing glyoxylic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst exhibits good activity in reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of oxaldehyde liquid phase air oxidation catalyst comprising dispersing graphene oxide in 50-100 times under acidic aid, adding 20-30% polydiallyldimethyl chlorinated ammonium aqueous solution, and stirring for 12-24 hours obtain first sample; mixing first sample with 1-1.5 times ethylene glycol, adding mixed ethylene glycol solution of chloroauric acid and hydrogenchloropalladate, and stirring 24-36 hours to obtain second sample; and adjusting pH second sample to 10-12 with sodium hydroxide, treating at 130-140 degrees C for 1-2 hours under nitrogen protection, cooling and filtering.
