▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing perovskite battery of electronic transmission layer comprises (1) preparing electronic transmission layer on the surface covered with conductive film on the substrate, where the electronic transmission layer is tungsten trioxide, (2) preparing graphene oxide layer on the electronic transmission layer, and (3) orderly preparing perovskite absorbing layer on the graphene oxide layer, hole transport layer and metal electrode. USE - The method is useful for preparing perovskite battery of electronic transmission layer. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes the light absorption in the full visible light range; is convenient for industrial production; prepares graphene oxide on the surface of the tungsten trioxide by spin coating; and has better electronic extracting ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for perovskite battery prepared by the above preparation method.
