NOVELTY - Water oxygen barrier film comprises cycloolefin polymer (COP) substrate (1) and water-oxygen barrier coating (2). The COP is coated in upper and lower layer surfaces with water-oxygen barrier coating comprising graphene and polyurethane acrylic resin. USE - Water oxygen barrier film used for controlling water and oxygen transmittance. ADVANTAGE - The water oxygen barrier film has high transparency, heat resistance and rigidity, low refractive index and water absorption, has good vapor-tight characteristics, graphene oxide mixed coating improves transmittance of barrier and water-oxygen barrier effect of barrier film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of water oxygen barrier film comprising subjecting COP base material to corona pretreatment of 500 W.minutes/m2; preparation of water oxygen barrier material comprising adding graphene in polyurethane acrylic resin varnish under mechanical stirring, and allowing to stand; coating COP substrate with prepared water-oxygen barrier material to prepare water oxygen barrier film.
