▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing graphene structure, comprises (a) preparing graphene oxide solution containing functional group that provides negative charge, (b) mixing carbon nanotube, cationic surfactant for dispersing carbon nanotube mixed solution into the graphene oxide solution to obtain mixed solution, (c) adding activating agent into the mixed solution, (d) filtering the mixed solution, (e) primary drying the filtrate, and annealing the filtrate, and (f) washing the filtrate, and secondary drying the resultant. USE - The graphene structure is useful to produce electrode material for battery, supercapacitor, fuel cell, hydrogen storage material, gas sensor and biosensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene structure has three-dimensional structure (claimed), flexible, electricity, high energy, power density, catalytic efficiency and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene structure comprising multiple graphene oxide layers including functional group providing negative charge on both sides, multiple first carbon nanotubes in a columnar shape coupled to both surfaces of the graphene oxide layer in parallel with the surface, and multiple second carbon nanotubes in a columnar shape coupled to one surface of the graphene oxide layer bonded to side of the first carbon nanotube, and one side of the graphene oxide layer to connect side surfaces of the first carbon nanotube bonded to opposite surfaces of the graphene oxide layer opposite to one side of the graphene oxide layer. The first carbon nanotube and the second carbon nanotube have a negative charge at both ends of the columnar shape and a side of the columnar shape has positive charge due to the cationic surfactant. The graphene oxide layer includes multiple holes.
