NOVELTY - A metal film is prepared by applying coating material comprising 20-30 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. polyester, 1-2 pts. wt. resin, 1-2 pts. wt. transparent indium tin oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1 pt. wt. binder, 0.01-0.03 pt. wt. nanoparticles, 7-9 pts. wt. silanol and 5-7 pts. wt. water on metal comprising 1-3 wt.% nickel, 5-10 wt.% titanium, 6-8 wt.% copper and balance iron-aluminum alloy and unavoidable impurities. USE - Metal film for electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The metal film has improved acid and alkaline corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
