NOVELTY - A graphene-doped glass ceramic comprises 100 pts. wt. fly ash, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 10-30 pts. wt. additives comprising component (A) comprising sodium carbonate, boric acid and/or sodium tetraborate decahydrate, and component (B) comprising zirconium oxide and/or titanium dioxide. USE - Graphene-doped glass ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The glass ceramic has excellent performance and is prepared economically by a process suitable for large-scale production, using graphene oxide which has excellent structure and mechanical properties, and using industrial waste fly ash. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-doped glass ceramic.
