NOVELTY - The sensor has a TFT switch and a resistor. The resistor and the gate of the TFT switch are connected.The external terminal structure of the resistor adopts metal material. The resistor has a zigzag line reciprocating structure. The resistor uses graphene material with conductivity greater than the metal material. The graphene material comprises graphene and graphene derivative. The resistor comprises a metal material. USE - Resistor type temperature sensor for use in display substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The temperature sensor uses graphene material as resistance material, the heat conducting performance is better than the metal, it can more quickly detect the heat, the delay is small, and the resistor is connected with the gate of the TFT switch, relative to the existing method of connecting the resistor on the source electrode drain electrode, which can make the temperature change value exhibit the maximum amplification state, more easily captures the change of the temperature, integrally improves the temperature sensor detection precision and speed.
