▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of thermal interface materials involves (1) immersing graphite powder in acidic aqueous solution, grafting the surface of graphite powder with oxygen-containing groups, using deionized water to wash it to neutral, drying, (2) combining thermosetting resin, organic solvent, coupling agent, thermal conductive filler and graphite powder obtained in step (1), stirring, obtaining mixture, (3) applying the mixture obtained in step (2) by coating method, coating on the release film, drying to remove the organic solvent, forming a composite film on the release film, (4) peeling the composite film obtained in step (3) from the release film, multi-layer stacking, pressing, obtaining a laminated composite, (5) cutting the laminated composite to a certain thickness along the lamination direction to obtain a composite, (6) cutting the compound obtained in step (5), and curing at 100-150 degrees C. USE - Preparation of thermal interface materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces thermal interface materials with high thermal conductivity.
