▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves grinding and mixing graphene and NTC semiconductor powder. The graphene is coated on a surface of the NTC semiconductor powder to form coated particles. Suspension solution is mixed with water or methanol, ethanol, acetone and petrol solvent to manufacture a film. An upper part of clear solvent is discharged. Residual solvent is dried and removed to manufacture a monolithic film of the graphene and the NTC semiconductor powder, where mass ratio of the graphene and the NTC semiconductor powder is varied from 1: 0001 to 10000 and thickness of the manufactured NTC powder and graphene composite planar heat-sensitive film is varied form 2 nm to 1 mm. USE - NTC powder and graphene composite planar heat-sensitive film manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing total film resistance of the NTC powder and graphene composite planar heat-sensitive film, absorbing solar radiation energy, realizing heat absorption and improving toughness and strength of the NTC powder and graphene composite planar heat-sensitive film.
