NOVELTY - Perovskite light-absorbing layer material comprises cesium tin iodide (CsSnI3) perovskite material, and reinforcing material. The reinforcing material is graphene and tin fluoride (SnF2) dopant. USE - Perovskite light-absorbing layer material. ADVANTAGE - The material has does not use lead element with damage to the environment, which greatly improves the safety and environment protection effect of the material, and it has good application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing perovskite light-absorbing layer material, which involves: (A) obtaining graphene sheet; (B) loading the graphene sheet with tin fluoride on the graphene sheet by a dipping method; (C) using the graphene sheet doped with tin fluoride as a substrate, a secondary substrate supporting cesium iodide is prepared by vacuum thermal evaporation deposition; (D) depositing again on the basis of the cesium iodide film to obtain a structure supported by the tin iodide film; (E) performing quickly annealing process in the annealing furnace at different temperatures in the range of 180-320 degrees C under a protective gas atmosphere; and (F) cooling naturally to obtain a cesium tin iodide perovskite film material with doped tin fluoride graphene sheet.
