NOVELTY - Producing graphene-tin oxide nano composite involves mixing tin oxide and graphene in ionic liquid to obtain graphene oxide. The tin precursor and solvent are added. The suspension is irradiated by the microwave radiation. The solution is stirred and suspension is centrifuged to obtain precipitated tin oxide on graphene surface. USE - Method for producing graphene-tin oxide nano composite used for synthesizing inorganic nano-material and used as reaction medium in microwave synthesis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene-tin oxide nano composite in quick manner that has high microwave absorption capacity.
