NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly high-strength and high flame retardant acrylonitrile-ethylene-styrene cable, comprises sequentially wire core, insulating layer, inner protective layer and protective sleeve. The protective sleeve comprises acrylonitrile/ethylene/styrene copolymer, tannery sludge, bentonite, graphene, octyl triethoxysilane, stearic acid, zinc oxide, sodium alginate, bisphenol fluorene and 6-phenoxy cyclotriphosphazene. The protective sleeve is prepared by mixing raw materials, blending and extruding, granulating, molding and cutting to obtain final product. USE - Environmentally-friendly high-strength and high flame retardant acrylonitrile-ethylene-styrene cable (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environmentally-friendly high-strength and high flame retardant acrylonitrile-ethylene-styrene cable, comprises sequentially wire core, insulating layer, inner protective layer and protective sleeve. The protective sleeve comprises 70-80 pts. wt. acrylonitrile/ethylene/styrene copolymer, 5-10 pts. wt. tannery sludge, 1-3 pts. wt. bentonite, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. graphene, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. octyl triethoxysilane, 2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.2-0.7 pt. wt. sodium alginate, 1-2.2 pts. wt. bisphenol fluorene and 1.2-3.6 pts. wt. 6-phenoxy cyclotriphosphazene. The protective sleeve is prepared by mixing acrylonitrile/ethylene/styrene copolymer, tannery sludge, bentonite, graphene, octyl triethoxy silane, stearic acid, zinc oxide, sodium alginate, bisphenol fluorine and 6-phenoxy cyclotriphosphazene according to the ratio, stirring at 600 rpm for 10 minutes, melt blending at 190 degrees C for 10 minutes to obtain rubber material, crosslinking the obtained rubber material at 200 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding 3-5 pts. wt. gum arabic and 0.8 pt. wt. white carbon black, maintaining the reaction for 10 minutes to obtain mixed material, adding obtained mixed material to twin-screw extruder for blending and extruding, granulating to obtain granules, adding obtained particles to extrusion molding machine for molding, sizing, cutting to obtain protective sleeve, and locating protective sleeve in an outermost layer of cable housing.
