▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method for preparing biosensor involves mixing 0.001-0.1 wt.% Tween-20 (RTM: Polysorbate 20) and 100-350 mu g/ml graphene oxide solution and reacting to obtain mixed solution, binding ochratoxin A and aptamer to obtain ochratoxin A solution, mixing ochratoxin A solution with the fluorescein-labeled nucleic acid aptamer solution, adding Tween-20 (RTM: Polysorbate 20) modified graphene oxide to the mixed solution of ochratoxin A and the aptamer, incubating, and detecting fluorescence spectrum by fluorescence spectrometer. USE - The method is useful for preparing biosensor, which is useful for detecting ochratoxin A. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and rapid preparation of biosensor with high sensitivity and specificity of 100%.
