▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-hardness coating comprises 3-8 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 10-12 pts. wt. carbamate acrylate (sic), 6-10 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate, 2-6 pts. wt. active diluent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. adhesive, 2-4 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 20-25 pts. wt. n-butyl alcohol, 5-8 pts. wt. wear-resistant filler, 2-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. flatting agent and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - The high-hardness coating is useful for glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-hardness coating: has excellent adhesion to the glass substrate, acid, alkali and good wear resistance; and preparation method is simple to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-hardness coating, comprising (i) taking cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, deionized water and ethanol, mixing and stirring for 10-20 minutes, heating to 65-70 degrees C, adding aqueous ammonia, stirring continuously for 5-8 minutes, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate and dopamine hydrochloride, stirring at constant temperature for 20-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing with ethanol, placing in ethanol and dispersing ultrasonically for 30-40 minutes and repeating ultrasonicating for 2-3 times in the mixed solution of ammonium nitrate to obtain modified silicon dioxide; (ii) taking graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding cerium chloride heptahydrate, stirring to react for 2-3 hours, allowing it to stand for 20-24 hours, transferring into the autoclave, heating at constant temperature at 110-120 degrees C for 10-12 hours, cooling to room temperature, dialyzing deionized water to neutral, drying, placing at 730-750 degrees C, heating for 1-1.2 hours and cooling in a nitrogen environment to obtain modified graphene oxide; (iii) taking modified graphene oxide, dissolving in deionized water, dispersing ultrasonically for 40-50 minutes, adding tetraethylenepentamine, mixing well, reacting at 170-180 degrees C for 10-12 hours, carrying out dialysis washing, freeze drying to obtain aminated graphene, taking modified silicon dioxide, dissolving in deionized water, dispersing ultrasonically for 10-15 minutes, adding aminated graphene, stirring to react for 1-2 hours, allowing to stand for 6-8 hours, centrifuging, washing with deionized water, and freeze-drying in vacuum to obtain wear-resistant fillers; and (iv) take polyurethane acrylate, carbamate acrylate (sic), epoxy acrylate, active diluent and adhesive, stirring and dispersing for 40-50 minutes, adding photoinitiator, n-butanol, wear-resistant filler and silane coupling agent, stirring continuously for 1-2 hours, adding flatting agent and antifoaming agent and stirring for 20-30 minutes.
