NOVELTY - An antistatic modified polybutylene terephthalate fiber is prepared by adding modified graphene, nano metal compound and butylene glycol into reaction kettle, stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, adding terephthalic acid and catalyst, heating at 200-220 degrees C, reacting for 2-3 hours, adding antioxidant 1010 and stabilizer, vacuumizing, heating to 250-280 degrees C, condensing for 3-5 hours to viscosity of 0.6-0.9 to obtain antistatic modified polybutylene terephthalate polyester, melt spinning into screw spinning machine, cooling, oiling, pre-drawing, and rolling, and drawing. USE - Method for preparing antistatic modified polybutylene terephthalate fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber is non-toxic, and has high lasting antistatic property, stable performance and good heat resistance and durability. The raw material comprises 45-50 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 34-43 pts. wt. butylene glycol, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 8-12 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. nano metal compound, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant 1010, and 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. stabilizer.
