NOVELTY - Graphene modified polyamide 6 composite fiber material comprises 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dodecylamine, 10-30 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-5 pts. wt. ethanol, 6-90 pts. wt. polyamide, 1-5 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. The toughening agent is polyolefin elastomer, the wear-resistant agent is molybdenum sulfide, and the antioxidant is bis(2-dimethylaminoethyl ether) ether. USE - The graphene modified polyamide 6 graphene fiber material is useful in automobile, household appliance, aviation, and mechanical applications, where the automobile is a car. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene 6 composite fiber material has improved tensile strength and thermal stability, tensile strength of the composite fiber is further improved, the force between the dodecylamine-modified graphene oxide and the polyamide 6 matrix is increased, and the internal free energy is reduced, improving the thermal stability of the modified composite fiber.
