▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing sodium alginate-chitosan-graphene composite hydrogel comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide suspension, (ii) preparing phosphate buffered saline, (iii) uniformly mixing sodium alginate and chitosan powder, (iv) adding and mixing graphene oxide suspension to sodium alginate and chitosan powder, adding phosphate buffered saline solution, and allowing to stand obtained reaction system, (v) heating and stirring reaction system to obtain hydrogel premix, (vi) preparing calcium salt solution, pouring out hydrogel premix solution and uniformly cover it on plate, and immersing in calcium salt solution to carry out cross-linking reaction, (vii) removing hydrogel, repeatedly washing, immersing in ethanol aqueous solution of increasing concentration to carry out dehydration and disinfection treatment, and (viii) irradiating hydrogel under an ultraviolet lamp to obtain sodium alginate-chitosan-graphene composite hydrogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing sodium alginate-chitosan-graphene composite hydrogel in medicine cosmetic field (claimed), and inhibiting growth of microorganisms, promoting cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes good protein adsorption function and mechanical enhancement function of graphene to solve technical defects of alginate hydrogel itself; utilizes natural polymer materials i.e. chitosan with low cost and wide sources, which solves problems of toxicity and environmental protection; promotes graphene dispersion in hydrogel and forms double network reinforced structure with sodium alginate, which improves mechanical properties and anti-cracking properties of hydrogel; and is simple. The hydrogel material has high mechanical properties.
