NOVELTY - Mixed slurry of strong and weak graphene oxide comprises graphene oxide and a solvent, and the graphene oxide includes strong graphene oxide and weak graphene oxide. USE - Mixed slurry of strong and weak graphene oxide used in graphene thermal conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The mixed slurry of strong and weak graphene oxide has increased carbon content in the graphene oxide per unit mass, so that the finally obtained graphene thermally conductive film has more carbon to have good mechanical performance, high thermal conductivity, light weight and good flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing a mixed slurry of strong and weak graphene oxide, which involves preparing a strong graphene oxide dispersion and a weak graphene oxide dispersion, respectively, dispersing the weak graphene oxide dispersion liquid and strong graphene oxide dispersion to obtain a mixed slurry of strong and weak graphene oxide; (2) a method for preparing a strong and weak graphene oxide composite film, which involves preparing mixed slurry of strong and weak graphene oxide, defoaming, coating, and drying the slurry to form a composite film of strong and weakly graphene oxide; (3) a graphene thermal conductive film, which has thermal conductivity greater than 1000 W/m.K, density of the graphene thermal conductive film is 1.9-2.1 g/cm3 and thickness of the graphene thermal conductive film is 30-100 mu m; and (4) a method for preparing graphene thermal conductive film, which involves preparing a composite film of strong and weak graphene oxide, subjecting to high temperature treatment and compacting to obtain graphene thermal conductive film.
