NOVELTY - The transistor comprises a source electrode, a drain electrode, and graphene connected to the source electrode. The graphene has a non-coplanar plane with the drain electrode. A selectively etched insulating material layer is disposed below the graphene, where a bottom portion of the graphene is etched with the insulating material layer. The barrier regulating circuit is provided the below the piezo material, where the circuit of the graphene is intersected. The piezo material disposed below the graphene comprises bending strain and barrier control circuit. USE - Transistor for controlling on/off of electricity. ADVANTAGE - The transistor develops fast processing speed and controls electricity in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The transistor comprises a source electrode, a drain electrode, and graphene connected to the source electrode. The graphene has a non-coplanar plane with the drain electrode.
