▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cobalt-nickel alloy/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite material is prepared by uniformly distributing cobalt-nickel alloy nanoparticles with uniform particle size on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide sheet. USE - Cobalt-nickel alloy/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite material for high-frequency electromagnetic wave shielding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance. The preparation method has reasonable design and easy realization, and is simple and economical. In the composite material, the cobalt-nickel alloy nano particles are uniform in particle size and uniformly distributed on the surface of the graphene, with excellent dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the cobalt-nickel alloy/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite material, which involves (1) dissolving soluble cobalt salt, soluble nickel salt and additives in water to obtain a mixed solution, mixing the resultant mixed liquid with graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid, obtaining hydrogel by hydrothermal reaction, (2) washing the hydrogel obtained in step (1), soaking in a solution that prevents the agglomeration of nanoparticles, drying to obtain a dry gel-like precursor, and (3) calcining the dry gel-like precursor obtained in step (2) under the protection of an inert atmosphere; and (2) use of the cobalt-nickel alloy/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite material in high-frequency electromagnetic wave shielding materials.
