NOVELTY - The modulator has two supports (2, 3) whose terminals are connected with a graphene (5). An insulation layer (4) is arranged on another graphene (6). An electric light modulator main body is provided with an electrode (7). Another electrode (8) is connected with a D-type superfine fiber (9). The former electrode is located on an outer side of one of the supports by the former graphene. The latter electrode is located in an outer side of other support that is connected with the latter graphene. The fiber is arranged on a polishing surface and attached on a middle part of the latter graphene. USE - D-type superfine fiber based graphene absorption-type electric light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator simple and easy to realize, and occupies less space of a light modulator, improves realize light-wave modulation effect, increases regulating speed and reduces power consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The insulation layer is made of insulation material that is selected from one of silicon oxide, silicon nitrogen oxide or boron nitride material. The electrodes are made of alloy, gold, silver, copper, platinum, titanium, nickel, cobalt and palladium material.
