NOVELTY - A graphene polymer fiber comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 5-8 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile, 8-10 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 5-8 pts. wt. polycaprolactone, and 2-4 pts. wt. tetraisocyanate. USE - Graphene polymer fiber. ADVANTAGE - The polymer fiber has excellent mechanical properties, excellent elongation at break and fracture strength, and adopts melt-spinning, and has simple preparation and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene polymer fiber, which involves (1) mixing a mixture of graphene oxide, tetrabutyl titanate, polyacrylonitrile, polylactic acid, polycaprolactone, and tetraisocyanate, (2) extruding and granulating the mixture of step (1) through a twin-screw extruder, and (3) melt spinning, cooling molding, to obtain hollow polymer fibers.
