▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A structure-functional integrated continuous fiber resin-based wave-absorbing stealth composite material comprises a wave-transmitting layer, a wave-absorbing layer, and a reflective layer. The wave-transmitting layer is made of continuous fiber cloth with a low dielectric constant. The wave-absorbing layer is made of multiple layers of glass fiber cloth. The glass fiber cloths are arranged between the continuous carbon fiber bundles in grids with different intervals and widths. The carbon fiber bundles on the adjacent upper and lower glass fiber cloths are arranged in a staggered arrangement at equal intervals. The continuous carbon fiber cloth is used for reflective layer. The wave-transmitting layer, the wave-absorbing layer, the reflective layer and the continuous fiber cloth are bonded and cured by using a resin. The continuous carbon fiber bundles arranged in grid between the glass fiber cloths are bonded and cured by the resin. USE - The structure-functional integrated continuous fiber resin-based wave-absorbing stealth composite material is useful in military and civilian fields. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance due to the use of reflective layer, and mechanical property, and can be prepared by a method, which uses wide sources of raw materials, and ensures stable molding process and convenient operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the structure-functional integrated continuous fiber resin-based wave-absorbing stealth composite material, which involves: (1) cutting low-dielectric constant continuous fiber cloth, glass fiber cloth and continuous carbon fiber cloth into length and width required by composite material, and selecting continuous carbon fiber bundles whose length is the same as the length or width of the fiber cloth to be cut; (2) preparing a resin glue; (3) paving continuous carbon fiber bundles between any two layers of glass fiber cloth, arranging the carbon fiber bundles, coating the resin glue, and adhering the upper and lower layers of glass fiber cloth and the carbon fiber bundles to obtain absorbing layer of the designed thickness; and (4) paving the cut low-dielectric constant continuous fiber cloth layers on a mold, coating with the resin glue prepared to obtain the wave-transmitting layer of the designed thickness, then paving the absorbing layer, finally paving the cut carbon fiber cloth layers on the mold, coating each layer with the resin glue to obtain reflective layer, and press molding. The continuous carbon fiber bundle has a width of 2 mm.
