NOVELTY - The light emitting device (20) has a graphene layer (50) that is formed on a light-transmissive sealing unit (40) and is extended on a conductive region (11). The light-transmissive sealing unit is provided for soldering the light emitting device surface. The light emitting device is arranged on a substrate (10). A wavelength converter (30) is formed on the side of the light emitting device. The light-transmissive sealing unit electrically divides the light emitting device from the graphene layer. An upper electrode is formed on the upper side of the substrate. USE - Light emitting device for generating light of multiple colors. Uses include but are not limited to cellular phone, liquid crystal display, vehicle, electronic device, traffic light, lamp and street light. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer is formed on a light-transmissive sealing unit and is extended on a conductive region, and the wavelength converter formed on a side of the light emitting device, thus ensures the long service life of the light emitting device, provides an excellent efficiency for heat dissipation, improves the reliability of the light emitting device, and also prevents the inflow of the external pollutant.
