NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene/ polyamide 10T nanocomposite material, involves (a) functionalizing graphene powder to obtain functionalized graphene powder, (b) dispersing functionalized graphene powder in solvent to obtain functionalized graphene slurry, (c) adding polyamide 10T resin pellets to functionalized graphene slurry, and uniformly mixing and drying to obtain graphene/polyamide 10T blend pellet, and (d) placing obtained blend pellets and related additive in twin-screw extruder, extruding, drawing and granulating to obtain the graphene/polyamide 10T nanocomposite material. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene/polyamide 10T nanocomposite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the uniform dispersion of graphene in polyamide 10T substrate, completely exerts the excellent performance of graphene material, ensures nanocomposite material with high-strength, and conductive or thermally conductive properties, and is simple, convenient and suitable for industrialized large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a polyamide 10T nanocomposite material prepared using above-mentioned method.
