NOVELTY - Low density high temperature resistant pouring sealant comprises 100 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil, 10-20 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 10-30 pts. wt. metal-organic frame material, 30-60 pts. wt. heat-conducting filler, 1-3 pts. wt. platinum catalyst and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. inhibitor. USE - Used as low density high temperature resistant pouring sealant. ADVANTAGE - The sealant has strong interaction with the polymer segment, can be uniformly dispersed in the polymer substrate, has high porosity and large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing low density high temperature resistant pouring sealant comprising adding pouring sealant A component comprising vinyl silicone oil, cross-linking agent, metal-organic frame material, heat-conducting filler, inhibitor into the kneading machine, vacuum stirring for 1-3 hours at 120-180 degrees C, reducing temperature to 50-80 degrees C and adding hydrogen containing silicone oil, inhibitor, continuously stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain the A component and adding pouring sealant B component comprising vinyl silicone oil, heat-conducting filler, platinum catalyst into the kneader, vacuum stirring for 1-3 hours at the temperature of 120-180 degrees C to obtain the component B, preparing potting sealant by uniformly mixing the A and B components according to the mass ratio of 1: 1, vacuum defoaming and curing for 2-12 hours at 80-120 degrees C to obtain the product.
