NOVELTY - Graphene chip comprises a graphene sheet having stereoscopic geometric micro/nano structure, and an antibody immobilized on the surface of the graphene sheet specifically recognizing circulating tumor cells. USE - The graphene chip is for isolating circulating tumor cells from liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene chip improves efficiency of capturing circulating tumor cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene chip, comprising (a) preparing single crystal of inorganic compound, (b) depositing a graphene layer on the surface of the single crystal, and removing the single crystal to obtain graphene particles, (c) forming the graphene particles into a graphene sheet having three-dimensional geometric micro/nano structure on a substrate by a film forming process, and (d) immobilizing an antibody that specifically recognizes circulating tumor cells on the surface of the graphene sheet.
