▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves removing a growth substrate to obtain a monolayer graphite alkene/electrostatic protective film, and the monolayer graphite alkene/electrostatic protective film is adhered to a target substrate. The electrostatic protective film is removed to obtain a single layer graphene thin film. The single layer graphene/electrostatic protective film is replaced with a single layer graphene/electrostatic protective film combination. The bonded graphite/electrostatic protective film is removed from the substrate to prepare an n-layer graphene thin film. USE - Method for converting an electrostatic protective film into a medium transferring graphene thin film utilized in a lithium ion battery, a super capacitor, a fuel cell, a nano-electronic device, a frequency circuit, or a sensor for storing hydrogen (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple steps, does not generate residue, and does not require organic solvent for post-cleaning purposes, thus reducing the cost of converting the electrostatic protective film into the graphene thin film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a medium transferring graphene thin film.
