NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene thin film involves uniformly mixing expanded graphite and organic solvent, obtaining mixture of expanded graphite and organic solvent, performing ultrasonic dissociation of the obtained mixture, obtaining graphene microsheet suspension liquid and forming graphene thin film using the obtained suspension. USE - Preparation of graphene thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides graphene thin film having excellent thermal conductivity, by an environmentally-friendly process, with reduced energy consumption and without producing acid, base or toxic waste discharge.
