▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The attenuator has a microstrip transmission line (2), a graphene resistor (3) and a grounding guide sheet (4) which are arranged on a medium substrate. The graphene resistor is located on both sides of the microstrip transmitting line. The ground guide sheet is arranged on the outside of the graphene resistor. The center of the ground guide element is provided with a metal through hole (5) connected with the ground electrode. The metal hole penetrates the grounding guide element and the medium substrate and is directly connected. USE - Graphene micro-strip tunable attenuator applied to 5G communication. ADVANTAGE - The conductivity of the graphene resistor can be adjusted by controlling the external bias voltage, so as to dynamically change the attenuation amount of the input signal. The main working frequency range is between 3 GHz to 7 GHz. The attenuator has simple structure, small volume, easy adjustment and large tuning range. It has good application prospect in the 5G communication device.
