NOVELTY - Device comprises cavity body (1), bottom plate (2), pressure reducing component (3), air supply unit (4), main heating unit (5), containing space (6), auxiliary heating unit (7), first auxiliary heating element (8), second auxiliary heating element (9) and heating space (10). The cavity body is regular hexahedron. The containing space is formed inside cavity body. The bottom plates are arranged inside containing space. The pressure reducing component is arranged below cavity body and connected with containing space. The air supply unit is arranged above cavity body. The air supply unit is used for supplying carbon containing gas and atmosphere gas. The containing space is provided with main heating unit. The main heating unit is provided with auxiliary heating unit. The auxiliary heating unit comprises first auxiliary heating element and second auxiliary heating element. The heating space is formed between first auxiliary heating element and second auxiliary heating element. USE - The device is used for producing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device is conducive to production of large area graphene, reduces cooling time of graphene synthesis and improves production efficiency.
