▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-stability anticorrosive coating comprises 80-85 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate, 4-7 pts. wt. castor oil, 10-15 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 3-6 pts. wt. surfactant, 5-8 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 4-8 pts. wt. composite filler, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 3-6 pts. wt. chitosan, 1-3 pts. wt. peach gum, 4-7 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, and 60-65 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The high-stability anticorrosive coating is useful for pressure gauge shell. ADVANTAGE - The high-stability anticorrosive coating has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and long service life, and can be prepared by a simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the high-stability anticorrosive coating, which involves: (1) uniformly mixing epoxy acrylate, castor oil, ethyl acetate, surfactant, sodium silicate, and deionized water to obtain a mixture (A); and (2) heating the mixture (A) at 50-60 degrees C, then adding composite filler, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, chitosan, peach gum and aluminum tripolyphosphate, ultrasonically treating for 1-1.5 hours, and naturally cooling to room temperature.
