▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Magnetic beads prepared by mixing magnetic beads, graphene oxide (GO) and polyethylene glycol (PEG), are claimed. The magnetic beads are polystyrene beads in which magnetic material is precipitated and have amine groups. The magnetic beads immobilize carboxy esterase enzyme in the inner pores. USE - The magnetic beads is useful for immobilizing enzyme. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic beads have excellent enzyme activity and storage stability, can be reused, and can be easily separated using magnetic while maintaining the activity of the enzyme. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing magnetic beads, comprising (a1) preparing GO/PEG mixture by mixing graphene oxide and polyethylene glycol, (a2) mixing magnetic beads with the GO/PEG mixture, (a3) ultrasonically treating the GO/PEG mixture mixed with the magnetic beads, and (b) immobilizing carboxy esterase enzyme in the internal pores.
